We are mainly made up of self-employed stylists on a "rent a chair" basis.

We have a long history of producing quality hairdressers through our hair salon in apprenticeship schemes. We welcom apprentices from Bath College, Norton Radstock College and Reflections Training Academy Bristol, on a day release basis.

We have our very own NVQ assessor on site and offer regular in salon training opportunities in both NVQ Level II and NVQ Level III, as well as sessions in product development for Wella, Joico and GHD.
